What's a user?
A user is anyone your cast, crew or staff, that is working on the project. You can also add other users to your project, like vendors, clients, or people at the studio or network. If you choose the unlimited plan for, say, 100 users, then that means that each project can have 100 users.
How long does my project last?
Each project lasts for 1 year.
What happens when my project ends…do I lose my data?
Absolutely not! When your project is about to end, you will be invited to extend it for another year, or put it into Free Archive Mode. You can also choose to put the project into Premium Archive Mode.
What is Free Archive Mode?
In Free Archive Mode, the project owner will have complete access to the project, but will not be able to make any changes. Only the project owner will be able to access the project…the cast and crew will not. If you need to make any changes to the project, or open up access again to the cast and/or crew, you can re-activate the project at any time. In Free Archive Mode, we will preserve all files within your project, including video preview files and shot logs, but original source video files will be removed from the project.
